At Scout Design Studio, we want you to love your unique finds; however, if a piece doesn't fit your space, we offer a 14-day return window for eligible home decor and furniture items in original condition. Please note that vintage one-of-a-kind items and custom-upholstered pieces are considered final sale.
Initiate Your Request
Contact our concierge team within 14 days of delivery to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and provide your order details.
Pack with Care
Securely repackage your items in their original shipping materials to ensure they are protected from damage during the return transit.
Ship It Back
Affix the provided shipping label to your package and drop it off at the designated carrier location; please note that return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund.
Quality Inspection & Refund
Once our warehouse team inspects the returned item for any signs of use or damage, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
